HISTORY OF THE FIRM

The Firm, Saenz Abogados, has been recently formed, as a result of the dissolution of the Firm named Cossu y Saenz, and the separation of the two Senior Partners, Francis Cossu and Mauricio Saenz.
Since 1997, Mauricio Saenz and his team of attorneys have been rendering extensive legal corporate counsel in the Los Cabos and La Paz areas.
The Firm offers specialized services to national and foreign clients, in the areas of Corporate Law, Commercial, International Private, Real Estate, Tax and Maritime Law as well as Foreign Investments.
